Refund Policy

At Magical Tales, each product is carefully handcrafted and often personalized to create a meaningful gifting experience. Due to the unique and customized nature of our creations, we follow a limited refund and return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For non-customized products, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at magicaltales.in@gmail.com along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds

​

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Order Cancellation

​

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the crafting process has begun, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.

Handmade Variations

​

Slight variations in design, color, or detailing are part of the handcrafted process and do not qualify as defects.
